Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide only through selected Courier companies.  Currently, we use UPS and DHL packages that we select based on the destination.  
The delivery time for European countries is 2-3 days from Monday to Friday.  
Delivery time outside European countries is 3-5 days From Monday to Friday.  
All goods are traceable.  At the time of shipment, the customer receives the Courier's name and tracking number to track the progress of the shipment.  In rare cases, orders may be sent by different delivery companies from UPS and DHL.  
Please note that courists do not deliver to post office boxes or personal mail boxes.  
If the box appears to have been tampered with, you can order the package or reject it.  If any of these conditions are met, you must immediately lodge a claim with your local Courier office  
You will be responsible for paying freight and shipping charges for returned items.  
The freight is non-refundable.  We recommend follow-up to ensure proof of return.  During the return process, we are unable to return any missing packages.  
Upon receipt and review of your return, we will send you an email informing us that we have received your returned item and refund the purchase fee.  
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)  
DDU transport: Additional EU countries/territories are not subject to VAT but are subject to any final local taxes and import/clearance duties.  
For these countries, the prices shown have been deducted VAT.  
If the order cannot be delivered due to lack of customer details or refusal to pay duties (wrong or missing telephone number, wrong or missing address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may be returned to Italy at the customer's expense including any import/customs clearance charges that may arise from returning the goods.  These costs will be deducted from any final reimbursement.  
Orders are sent out in chronological order according to the time they were received (i.e. processed and entrusted to a Courier for delivery).  The "quick shipment order" always takes precedence over the "standard shipment order".  Delivery within 72 hours of order placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday).  
We remind all customers that during certain times of the year, during public holidays, when courists do not deliver, and on very busy days, processing times (order processing and preparation) may be delayed by up to 6/7 days  
The customer is responsible for all applicable customs charges, taxes and duties as we do not collect them prior to shipment.
